About the screenwriter

John Edward Miller was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. His father is a retired Episcopal minister and his mother was an organist, pianist and music teacher. John moved to New York City to study acting at The Stella Adler Conservatory and worked in theater, film and commercials. He eventually moved into writing, directing and editing his own movie projects.

"Voodoo T-Shirt" was Miller's directorial debut. It's a dark comedy that he co-wrote with his friend, Peter Liska, about a shirt that renders men impotent.
